General Info

About me

I studied Medicine because I love serving others, more than my vocation, it is my ministry.

I provide care at Clinykids (Curridabat) and VASCUMED (Alajuela and Escazú).

I take care of patients in the office and at home, children and adults and I really enjoy being able to help the patient in their environment, getting to know their family and their habits.

I studied Child Brain Development in Pennsylvania, and I have been advising families for more than 17 years on the entire Neurodevelopment process. I carry out special programs for babies from birth, after a thorough evaluation of the newborn, where I teach mom and dad. , or to the nanny, grandmother or adult or main caregiver who wants to be involved in the care and development of the baby. This program is appropriate to the baby's needs and family dynamics.

As well as I accompany them in the feeding process with a Complementary Feeding Method called Baby Led Weaning, from before starting ablactation. This program is also personalized, according to a prior physical examination and meticulous review of each baby's perinatal history.

I also currently stand out as a Medical Advisor for Pan American Life, which gives me the ability to help colleagues belong to the network of medical providers. And to the general population, to families throughout the country, to know and acquire financial tools, life policies, total and permanent disability, as well as medical expenses.

My most important title is given to me by my children, I am a mother of 3, two girls and a boy, we love tennis, a sport that my entire family and I have practiced since I was very young and I continue to learn it.

I believe that the best exercise for my patients is for them to discover the sport they like, thus maximizing its benefits, not only physically but also emotionally.

I provide support in the prevention and monitoring of diseases, this, plus changes in lifestyle will undoubtedly give you an exponential benefit, not only physically but emotionally, where we will achieve our Dream Health in 2024!

I am a passionate reader, I like to swim and I love to paint, I believe that more than doctors we are people who are there to listen and accompany, I sincerely believe that it is part of the healing process, the path to healing to feel accompanied I tell you this so that you know my more human side too.

So now you know where to find me, I'll wait for you! I will be happy to meet you and look forward to serving you!
